2. Cancellation requests after 8 hours, please be sure to contact with online customer service. If the product has been produced or shipped, the refund is subject to production and transportation fees. If the product has not been produced or shipped, you are entitled to a full refund.

*If you receive the product and find quality problems or damage caused by shipping etc., you may the apply for cashback compensation or a full refund and return, depending on the severity of the problem.

Customized Orders

All dolls that are re-modeled and customized according to customer requirements are non-cancellable. Note: It is assumed that all custom creation requests are for dolls that represent women of adult legal age. Any request or implication of creating a doll that appears younger than the legal age will not be fulfilled.

2. About Return

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after delivery the product.

Requirements for obtaining a return: Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in the original packaging, and the customer is responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item. We will provide the customer with the shipping address, and you need to send the doll to the correct address.

1. Selecting Doll and Adding Options: If you have any questions about the doll's functionality options, you can contact us through online chat or email.

2. Placing an Order and Making Payment: Regardless of whether the payment is successful or not, our system will automatically send you an email regarding your order. You can find it in your email inbox, and if you don't see it, please check your spam folder. If your payment for the order is unsuccessful, our customer service will contact you via email within 8 hours during business hours to provide you with the reason for payment failure and the solution.

3. Doll Production: Once we receive a successful payment for an order, we will notify the corresponding sex doll factory. Due to differences in brand and doll material, the production time for TPE dolls is generally 3-7 working days, while silicone dolls typically take 20-25 working days. Production time may be delayed during holidays such as Labor Day, National Day, and Chinese New Year. We will promptly follow up on the production status of each order.

4. Order Completed: The factory will take some factory photos of the love dolls and send them to our team. Our team members will compare and inspect the order requirements with the actual doll photos. Once the inspection is satisfactory, we will send the pictures to the customer via email for review. After the customer confirms that everything is in order, we will notify the factory to proceed with shipping.

5. Doll Shipment: After the customer confirms that there are no issues with the factory photos of the doll, we will notify the factory to send the doll to the address of the shipping agent company.

6. Updating Tracking Number: Once the dolls commence transportation, the shipping agent company will provide us with a tracking number. We will update the tracking number in the order and notify the customer via email. Customers can independently track the logistics status of the dolls or seek assistance from our customer service. All customers need not worry about not receiving their love dolls. If the dolls are not received, we will provide a satisfactory compensation plan to the customer.

7. Delivery & Inspection: Once the dolls arrive in the customer's country, they will go through customs clearance. After clearance, the dolls will be delivered by shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
If the customer notices any damage to the outer packaging upon receiving the package, please take photos or videos before opening the package. It is also important to record a video while unpacking. Send us the video or pictures, and we will compensate accordingly based on the extent of the doll's damage. Compensation options may include partial refund or sending a replacement for repair.

8. Review: After you receive the doll and find it satisfactory, we kindly ask you to leave us a five-star review. We also look forward to seeing beautiful photos of the love doll shared in your review.

Self-Pickup Available: If customers prefer not to have the item delivered to their doorstep, they can provide a local UPS or FedEx store address when placing the order.
