We offer free international shipping on all orders! Customs clearance costs are on us too, so you don’t have to pay!
The entire delivery process will take from 7 to 15 days, depending on your location, so please be patient.
To ensure the absolute privacy for our customers, we only use containers that do not have any logos or other identifiable markings that indicate what your item is on the outside.
We partner with FedEx, DHL and USPS to professionally handle all deliveries of our products to your door.
Prior to the actual delivery of your item, we will contact you via email with the tracking number so you can see the progress of your delivery. Please check your email inbox regularly to keep up with the latest information.
If the package is lost during the shipping delivery process, please contact us and we will resend a replacement.
Except for a few countries and regions where our products are prohibited by law, we can deliver in most major countries around the world. Please make sure that the sex dolls are legal in your country or region before purchasing.
Return & Exchange
We take the quality of the products we sell very seriously.
Before any doll is released, we conduct several rigorous and comprehensive inspections of each doll to ensure they meet our exacting standards and are perfect for you, our customer.
In the unlikely event you find any damage or quality issue with your purchase, please contact us immediately. If we determine it was due to our negligence, we will return or exchange your item free of charge.
Customers will be asked to provide photographs of the damaged doll and proof of purchase / receipt and order number.
Please contact us and we will help you through the process of return or exchange.
Please understand that we do not accept any other return or exchange requests.
Each sex doll is created based on your personal instructions and requirements. The amount of the refund is dependent upon the time the order was placed and if the doll has been started in production.
- If you cancel your order within one hour, we can refund your order 100%.
- If you cancel your order within one to six hours, a 20% processing fee will be charged.
- If it has been more than six hours, you will need to call us to confirm if the doll is already in production. Once production has started, we cannot cancel the order. If not, a 20% processing fee will be assessed and a request for refund can be submitted.
For a refund, we will return the amount back to your original payment method.
If you paid by credit card, the amount will be returned directly to the same card that was originally used. The same applies to all other payment methods.
However, to refund your entire amount, orders take less than an hour, a transaction fee is already generated when paying by PayPal or credit card. You will have to contact your credit card company or PayPal to obtain a refund for the transaction fee. For either return or refund, please contact us using email.
