I purchased this product in September 2024. The customer service was excellent and very helpful. All questions were answered swiftly and information was provided in detail, including photos from the stock product. Delivery took about a week and was handed by private courier. The package was discrete and in good conditions with the product well secured with wrapping foam and pads. The product was also in good conditions and did not show any signs of damage during shipping. The doll is of good quality and the pictures showed on the website are accurate. Personally the great communication and assistance of their customer service was the convincing point for me. 100% recommend

The doll is made much better than in the photos. Nice feet and hands, TPE smells nice and feels like a human body. The skeleton is stable and does not creak. I recommend.
