Due to differences in brand and doll material, the production time for TPE dolls is generally 3-7 working days, while silicone dolls typically take 20-25 working days. Production time may be delayed during holidays such as Labor Day, National Day, and Chinese New Year. We will promptly follow up on the production status of each order.

4. Order Completed: The factory will take some factory photos of the love dolls and send them to our team. Our team members will compare and inspect the order requirements with the actual doll photos. Once the inspection is satisfactory, we will send the pictures to the customer via email for review. After the customer confirms that everything is in order, we will notify the factory to proceed with shipping.

5. Doll Shipment: After the customer confirms that there are no issues with the factory photos of the doll, we will notify the factory to send the doll to the address of the shipping agent company.

6. Updating Tracking Number: Once the dolls commence transportation, the shipping agent company will provide us with a tracking number. We will update the tracking number in the order and notify the customer via email. Customers can independently track the logistics status of the dolls or seek assistance from our customer service. All customers need not worry about not receiving their love dolls. If the dolls are not received, we will provide a satisfactory compensation plan to the customer.

7. Delivery & Inspection: Once the dolls arrive in the customer's country, they will go through customs clearance. After clearance, the dolls will be delivered by shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
If the customer notices any damage to the outer packaging upon receiving the package, please take photos or videos before opening the package. It is also important to record a video while unpacking.
